Discover Cornerstone

Delight. Elation. Exuberance. Joy. Liveliness. Verve.
Glee!
Paul, the writer of the book of Philippians, knew how to find joy in the midst of difficult circumstances. Sundays in June and part of July, we'll examine and celebrate the book of Philippians. During the Glee series we'll also talk about a Bible study principal called “AIM.”
June 6 – I Got the Joy …
June 13 – One
June 20 – Live Like We’re Dying
June 27 – It’s a Small World
July 4 – Let Freedom Ring
July 11 – Livin’ on a Prayer
The message of "glee" carries on throughout each week with daily devotions and weekly life team lessons.
Worship at Cornerstone
When you attend a worship service at Cornerstone, here's what you can expect:
- We will worship God through song, in some form or another.
- We will remember Jesus' sacrifice by taking communion together.
- We will open the Bible together to see what God has to say about our lives and our relationship to Him.
- We will have the opportunity to be generous in our giving of tithes and offerings.
- We will celebrate baptisms together.
That does not mean that we will always do these things the same way each week. In fact, we will probably do them differently each week. But be assured that we will always include the elements listed above.
As you enter the Worship Center, our Connection Team will give you a printed program and help you find a seat. You can expect that the time we will share together has been programmed to be creative and meaningful. Our worship environment is engaging, but not pushy. Our worship team is sincere, but not showy. We will offer you a chance to take Communion, even if you’re not a regular Cornerstone attender. We will take our time together seriously while we do our best to be real and have a sense of humor.
At Cornerstone, people are free to participate as they feel comfortable. Dive right in or simply observe.

Acts 1:8 instructs Christians to be witnesses for Christ. Witnessing doesn't only happen within the walls of a church building. Witnessing and ministry occur everyday when we help meet the needs of those around us. Only when a person's basic physical needs are met, can we truly explain the love Christ has for them.
Cornerstone is spearheading a community effort to help those who want to give assistance to others in need. If you have an hour, a half day, a day, or a week that you can give to others, contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. When we fill needs, the door opens to share the love of Christ.
There are also many volunteering opportunities within the local ministry of Cornerstone Christian Church. If you are interested in volunteering at the church building or with one of the worship services, please click on the email link of the person responsible for scheduling.
